If you let us know what cleaning products you are sensitive to before we begin cleaning, we will find a replacement that won’t affect you. We’ll ensure that this replacement product does just as good a job as the normal one we use.
Also, if you have been using our cleaning services for a while and your circumstances change, if you’ve just welcomed a newborn baby into your home, for example, or you’ve realised that a cleaning product that you are using is affecting you, please let us know.
